Korp ASK is the AI assistant built into your Korp dashboard. Open it from the entity home, the ASK Agent page in the sidebar, or beside the incorporation checklist when you're reviewing filing details.
It answers questions in plain language, reads your documents, and tells you what comes next. It helps our specialists prepare and helps you understand — without filing with the government or making legal calls. Korp is service first; ASK is a feature of that service, not the story.

What you can ask#
Typical questions Korp ASK handles well:
- Incorporation status — where your request stands, whether anything is waiting on you, and what comes next
- Documents — what a file says, what still belongs in your vault, or help classifying an upload you attach in chat
- Compliance — upcoming dues on your compliance calendar, GIS timing, or what a Corporate Secretary engagement covers
- How setup works — TINs, processing options, virtual office, entity choice, and other how-it-works topics, often with a link to a Korp guide

How it fits with specialists#
ASK speeds up understanding and preparation. It also has limits we’ve set on purpose: it does not file with the government, make legal calls, or replace human review.
Corporate and tax specialists still prepare your documents, handle government interactions, and make the calls that need real expertise. When ASK surfaces a change — company identity details, ownership from a GIS, or calendar anchors from your by-laws — you confirm in the product before anything is saved.
