# Requests

> How to find, open, and track incorporation and service work orders in your Korp dashboard.

Last updated: 2026-10-14 · [HTML version](https://docs.korp.ph/requests) · Korp Docs

**Requests** is the ledger of work orders for your company — incorporation, certificates, filings, and services — in one place. Open it from the sidebar under **Requests**, or jump in from the entity home when a case needs attention.

```requests
```

## What you'll see on the list

The Requests page opens with a short masthead (**Work orders**) and four counts:

- **Action needed** — something is waiting on you (signature, payment, a correction, or checklist confirmation)
- **In progress** — we or the SEC are working; nothing required from you right now
- **Drafts** — applications you started but haven't submitted
- **Done** — finished requests (for example, a registered company)

Below that, **All requests** lists every entry. Filter with the tabs — Action needed, In progress, Drafts, Done, or All — each showing a count. A row shows the request type, live status pill, short reference number, company or title, and when it was opened. Drafts offer **Continue**; everything else opens with **View**.

## Opening a request

Tap **View** (or **Continue** on a draft) to open the case file. For SEC incorporation, the case opens with a spotlight: company name, what needs to happen next, package and payment facts, and the live **case progress** timeline.

```requests
```

The progress panel on the right tracks Intake → Preparation → SEC registration. Green segments are done, brand marks the current phase, and **All steps** expands the full checklist. The same timeline appears on your dashboard when you have an active case.

```progress
```

Amber status means the ball is in your court — most often electronic signing. Yellow or green motion means we or the SEC are moving. Red **Action required** pauses the filing until you respond. Every status is explained in the [request statuses](/request-statuses).

## Starting something new

Use **New request** from the Requests page to begin SEC incorporation or another service flow. Guided intake saves as you go, so you can leave a draft and resume later from the ledger.

During preparation, the [incorporation checklist](/incorporation-checklist) may appear on the case file so you can confirm filing details before we submit to the SEC. After registration, ongoing dues live on the [compliance calendar](/compliance-calendar); ask questions anytime in [Korp ASK](/korp-ask).
