> Track SEC, BIR, board, and permit deadlines in one place — live once Corporate Secretary is active, with a sample preview until then.

The **Compliance Calendar** is where your dashboard keeps company filing deadlines — SEC and corporate, BIR and tax, board meetings, and city permits — so you can see what's due without chasing spreadsheets.

While you're still incorporating, or before Corporate Secretary is active, the calendar shows a **sample preview** of a typical company's year. Live dates unlock from your constitutive documents once the engagement is running.

## On the entity home

The **Compliance** card on your entity home shows the next few dues at a glance. Before Corp Sec is active it carries a Preview badge and sample rows; after unlock it shows your live next filings.

## Sample preview page

Open **Compliance Calendar** from the sidebar (Filings) while Corp Sec is still inactive and you'll see a locked sample calendar — quarter, month, or agenda chrome you can browse, with a soft fade and **Unlock with Corporate Secretary**.

| State | What you see |
| --- | --- |
| Incorporating | Sample calendar — continue your request to finish registration |
| Registered, missing by-laws | Sample calendar — upload by-laws to personalize SEC timing |
| Documents on file, no Corp Sec | Sample calendar — engage Corporate Secretary for live dues |
| Corp Sec active | Live filings — list and calendar views you can work from |

## What appears on the calendar

Filings are grouped so you can scan by type:

- **SEC & corporate** — General Information Sheet (GIS), audited financial statements, and related corporate filings
- **BIR & tax** — returns and withholdings your accountant typically owns; Korp surfaces the dates so nothing is invisible
- **Board & meetings** — notice windows, regular board meetings, and annual stockholders' meeting timing from your by-laws
- **City & permits** — business permit renewals and local deadlines tied to your registered address

Due dates follow **Manila time**. When your account timezone differs, the calendar notes the comparison so you don't miss a cutoff.

## List and calendar views

With Corp Sec active, switch between **list** and **calendar** layouts. List groups filings by authority; calendar offers year, quarter, month, and agenda.

Each row or event chip shows the filing name, group, optional form code, due date, and status — overdue, due soon, upcoming, or scheduled.

## Filing details

Open a filing to see its details in a side panel — group, form, due rule, owner, period, and notes. Your Corporate Secretary team uses the same calendar to prepare GIS and meeting work on your behalf.

## Before dues appear

If Corp Sec is active but entity settings aren't confirmed yet, the calendar asks you to set fiscal year end, ASM rule, and tax posture — or confirm anchors in [Korp ASK](/korp-ask) after uploading documents.

```calendar
```

## How Korp ASK uses it

Ask [Korp ASK](/korp-ask) about your next deadline, what's due this quarter, or what's on your compliance calendar. ASK reads the live calendar when it's available, and won't invent dues from a blog article when your own dates are the better answer.
